Company Name Change

As you may be aware, we at The Brand Power Company have recently updated our brand identity and as a result the Buchanan Group name is being phased out both operationally and legally. This page will be updated regularly to inform you the specifics of any changes.

Please note there is no change in corporate structure, ownership, management or the products and services we offer. We have included a number of questions and answers below in regard to this change.

What is The Brand Power Company?

The Brand Power Company is the new corporate identity for the company that was formerly known as Buchanan Group.

Why the change?

The change reflects an update to our brand identity.  The change is being made as part of a process to better communicate the strength and effectiveness of our products and services and will have no impact on the operation or employment arrangements of the company.  Please note, the company details have not changed, only the company name.

What has happened to the Buchanan Group name?

The Buchanan Group name is no longer in use operationally and we are currently undertaking changes to the legal entity names.

I have a legal agreement with the company - do I have to do anything?

Contracts / agreements and arrangements in existence will continue to operate as they currently do. New correspondence will be issued from The Brand Power Company, but all existing arrangements and contracts remain valid as the change is only in relation to the company name.

As someone who works with The Brand Power Company, we are asking that you update your records to reflect the change of legal entity name, and that you issue correspondence with reference to the correct legal entity name.

United States of America - Buchanan Advertising (US) LLC has been renamed The Brand Power Company LLC

Australia - Buchanan Advertising (Australia) Pty Ltd has been renamed Brand Power Pty Ltd

Malaysia - BG Advertising (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd has been renamed TBPC Sdn. Bhd.
